Dario Zignale is Intrinsiq's Customer Success Manager, leading the team responsible for helping schools get the very best from the platform. While he oversees the day-to-day work of the Customer Success team, he's still very much hands-on—supporting customers, guiding new schools through onboarding, creating training resources, improving internal processes, and working closely with the development team to make the product even better. If there's a way to make life easier for customers, Dario is keen to find it.
