Meet Laura: Solving Problems One Happy Client at a Time

Meet the Team: Laura Hajder, Customer Success Agent at Intrinsiq

Laura Hajder is Intrinsiq’s Customer Success Agent — in real-world terms, she’s the person schools reach when they need help. After years working in education herself, she brings that first-hand experience into every conversation, making sure support actually works for the people on the other end.

Ask Laura which problems she most enjoys solving, and the answer is refreshingly honest: the ones she can solve. More specifically, the ones where a client comes in stuck — and you can feel the relief when it’s sorted. That moment of turning frustration into clarity is what makes the work worthwhile.

A good day at work is straightforward. Solving problems one at a time. If every ticket that came in ends with a happy client, that’s a good day.

Laura spent seven years in the education sector before joining Intrinsiq. When she moved back home, she was looking for a remote role that matched her experience — and found exactly that. Supporting schools now feels like a natural continuation of the work she already knew from the inside.

Outside of customer tickets, Laura geeks out about making things with her hands. She once took two months off and taught herself to make decorative candles and home pieces from jesmonite and plaster — and she can lose whole afternoons to it. If she weren’t in customer success, she’d almost certainly be doing something creative: probably her own little studio selling candles and décor pieces.

Her most-used app that isn’t email or Teams? YouTube — she always has music playing while working through customer problems. When it comes to drinks, it’s tea, always: green or chamomile. Coffee doesn’t get a look in.

She’s firmly an early bird, and her favourite way to unwind after work is a swim at the beach in summer, or a beach walk in winter. One thing she can’t do without isn’t a morning ritual at all — it’s after lunch. Something sweet. Chocolate, or ice cream in summer.

Her current recommendation? I Will Find You on Netflix — and she’s just found out it’s based on a Harlan Coben book, so that’s next on her reading list.

Approachable, practical, and grounded in real school experience, Laura brings calm, hands-on support to Intrinsiq’s education clients — one ticket, and one happy client, at a time.
