Each system we
develop is unique to the client it has been developed for, therefore it's not possible to give you an exact quote before we
have discussed your requirements. That said, we have put together
a sample pricing model that includes the most commonly used
functionality and 30 hours of development. Development time would
be used to customise the system to your language school's exact
needs.
The table below
shows a comparison of prices between an Intrinsiq language school
system and Class by InfoSpeed. This highlights the fact that, unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge extra
for installation of the system, and we do not
charge extra for standard training on how to use the system. After
all, why exclude from the headline price things you're obviously
going to need? We also do not
charge 'per user'; the price you pay is for the system whether you
have 1 user or 100.

The
not-so-small print...
1 All PCs must be networked to a central server. The central
server must have SQL Server or SQL Server Express installed. Any
hardware or network issues are the responsibility of the client.
2 We require remote access to at least one PC on the
network for us to provide software updates and support. Our
preferred method is via TeamViewer software, which can be
installed at no cost to you.
3 On-site training is included in the price only for
customers in the UK, Ireland and British Columbia, Canada.
4 On-going support and maintenance, after the first year,
is charged at £125 a month for the above specification. The
maintenance also includes further minor changes to the software as
required.
