Education Group / Stafford House

The system for Stafford
House Study Holidays deals with all the administrative requirements
for their summer school including teacher placement and payroll,
staff task assignments, weekly centre reports, group and individual
enrolments, airport transfers, excursion planning and extensive
management reporting. The system is used at head office and at all
of their summer centres.
The system also covers all the administrative requirements for the
year-round Stafford House School of English, including class
allocation, attendance tracking and student accommodation. Again the
system has a wide range of reports, including producing a variety of
documents for students and in-depth student statistics
Stafford House School
of English previously used Infospeed's Class system and switched to
Intrinsiq due to the flexibility and affordability of the Intrinsiq

ISIS Education

The ISIS system is
designed to cater to the needs of their Bucksmore summer school,
their summer centres and their year-round school, all in one
system. Different sets of users have access to only certain parts
of the system as relevant, while managers get an overview of the
whole operation.
The system functionality includes group and individual enrolments,
staff placements and payroll, student accommodation, classing,
attendance tracking, invoicing and credit control, as well as the
usual management reporting and statistics.

summer school centres and frankly I don’t know how we functioned
before we were introduced to Intrinsiq! It gives us all the

The BEET system deals
with all aspects of student administration from agent contacts,
through enrolment, accommodation and invoicing, to class
allocation and beyond. Both the students in the main school and
those on the teacher training courses are dealt with in one
system, using common information where relevant.

The St George system
covers the usual – student enrolments, accommodation, classing and

Guardianships

The Bright World
system keeps information about all their guardian students,
holding a myriad of information about each student. The system's
main job is to administer arrivals/departures, half-terms and
weekend exeats, keeping track of where, when and how each student
is going to and who they are staying with. The system also
produces a variety of automated e-mails to check all the necessary
details and to make sure everyone involved is kept informed of
what is happening.
The system additionally deals with the other half of their
business, which is placing overseas students into schools in the
UK, holding information about agents, enquiries and schools.

back in September 2006 during a period of significant company growth
when I knew we needed a system. We were running our business using
excel spreadsheets at the time. What impressed us at first was how
