Intrinsiq has developed language school student administration systems for over a dozen language schools and EFL sector companies. Our student systems are now amongst the most reputable in the country, and are being used by some of the UK's top language schools. Cambridge Education Group / Stafford House
(Client since 2006)

The system for Stafford House Study Holidays deals with all the administrative requirements for their summer school including teacher placement and payroll, staff task assignments, weekly centre reports, group and individual enrolments, airport transfers, excursion planning and extensive management reporting. The system is used at head office and at all of their summer centres.

The system also covers all the administrative requirements for the year-round Stafford House School of English, including class allocation, attendance tracking and student accommodation. Again the system has a wide range of reports, including producing a variety of documents for students and in-depth student statistics

Stafford House School of English previously used Infospeed's Class system and switched to Intrinsiq due to the flexibility and affordability of the Intrinsiq system.

ISIS Education

The ISIS system is designed to cater to the needs of their Bucksmore summer school, their summer centres and their year-round school, all in one system. Different sets of users have access to only certain parts of the system as relevant, while managers get an overview of the whole operation.

The system functionality includes group and individual enrolments, staff placements and payroll, student accommodation, classing, attendance tracking, invoicing and credit control, as well as the usual management reporting and statistics.

"We use Intrinsiq for our year round adult schools and our summer school centres and frankly I don’t know how we functioned before we were introduced to Intrinsiq! It gives us all the information we could possibly need as a company, and allows us to access data in a user friendly way that even computer-phobes can operate!

BEET Language Centre

The BEET system deals with all aspects of student administration from agent contacts, through enrolment, accommodation and invoicing, to class allocation and beyond. Both the students in the main school and those on the teacher training courses are dealt with in one system, using common information where relevant.

English Studio

Their system deals with all the basics - student enrolments, accommodation, invoicing, class allocations, and attendance tracking, as well as interfacing with their Sage accounts package. The system is used across the various sites they have in London. They also have automated student level tests, exit tests and leavers questionnaire, as well as giving the ability to their students to print a variety of administrative letters themselves.

The St George system covers the usual – student enrolments, accommodation, classing and attendance, as well as dealing with their foreign language teaching, and tracking student tutorials and work covered. Their system also integrates with the Guided E-Learning online learning system.

It administers host family accommodations, invoicing and the teacher recruitment for the busy summer months. The system also administers their English Home Lessons section and interfaces with their MYOB accounts package.

Their system administers all details to do with current and past students including keeping track of all modules being attended by students, their attendance and their results. The system also helps put together the information required to decide on the degree award of each student.

Bright World Guardianships

The Bright World system keeps information about all their guardian students, holding a myriad of information about each student. The system's main job is to administer arrivals/departures, half-terms and weekend exeats, keeping track of where, when and how each student is going to and who they are staying with. The system also produces a variety of automated e-mails to check all the necessary details and to make sure everyone involved is kept informed of what is happening.

The system additionally deals with the other half of their business, which is placing overseas students into schools in the UK, holding information about agents, enquiries and schools.

"We met Intrinsiq back in September 2006 during a period of significant company growth when I knew we needed a system. We were running our business using excel spreadsheets at the time. What impressed us at first was how quickly Intrinsiq work and how seamless the transition from the old excel spreadsheets to our new system was.
