Our systems have proved to be very popular with the Language School sector due to the complete flexibility we can offer. Language Schools may offer students the same grass-roots services, but it would be wrong to offer an identical administration system to all language schools. Although the systems we have developed are based on the same fundamental principals, each system is as unique as the school itself.
We have designed complete student administration systems for 10 schools, as well as guardians BrightWorld and agents UKStudy . The areas covered within these systems include contact management with agents, student enrolments (individual and group, single or multi-centre), student courses, student accommodation, invoicing, host family payments, student class allocation and exporting information to third-party accounts packages.
Most importantly, each system has a wide range of management reports to meet the precise reporting needs of each school. These include statistics for British Council and English UK, student number breakdowns by course / nationality / agent, and credit control reporting.

Cambridge Education Group / Stafford House
The system for Stafford House Study Holidays deals with all the administrative requirements for their summer school including teacher placement and payroll, student enrolments, airport transfers and full reporting. The system is used in both their head office and all their summer centres.
This system has also branched out to other areas of CEG to cover accommodation and travel details for Stafford House College and School of English, as well as various functionality for CATS college including academic reporting and university entry administration.

BEET Language Centre
Their system deals with all aspects of student administration from agent contacts, through enrolment, accommodation and invoicing, to class allocation and beyond. Both the students in the main school and those on the teacher training courses are dealt with in one system, using common information where relevant.

Concorde
Their system deals with group and individual enrolments, accommodation and invoicing. It also administers student class allocations, summer teacher recruitment, summer centres stock control and their Home Tuition courses.
We have also re-developed their website to integrate their office administration system with their website to allow on-line booking and for agents to view details of their enrolments, invoices etc.

EJO
EJO's student system deals with group and individual enrolments across more than a dozen centres. It administers host family accommodations, invoicing and the teacher recruitment for the busy summer months. The system also administers their English Home Lessons section and interfaces with their MYOB accounts package.

English Studio
Their system deals with all the basics - student enrolments, accommodation, invoicing, class allocations, as well as interfacing with their Sage accounts package. They also have automated student level tests, exit tests and leavers questionnaire, as well as giving the ability to their students to print a variety of administrative letters themselves.

Their system deals with agent and individual enquiries, student and group enrolments, student accommodation and invoicing.

The Tti system administers their student enrolments tracking students from enquiry to end of course holding full details of invoices, payments, courses, classes and re-enrolments.

Bright World Guardianships
The Bright World system keeps information about all their guardian students, holding a myriad of information about each student. The system's main job is to administer arrivals/departures, half-terms and weekend exeats, keeping track of where, when and how each student is going to and who they are staying with.
The system additionally deals with the other half of their business which is placing overseas students into schools in the UK, holding information about agents, enquiries and schools.
